Media & Image Consent

Effective date: July 21, 2026

The METAFASTEST Global Influencer Summit 2026 is photographed and recorded for promotional and archival purposes. This notice explains the consent you provide when you confirm your participation and attend the Summit.

1. Recording at the event

Photography, video, and audio may be captured throughout the Summit, including sessions, networking, and the Champion League. You may appear in these recordings as an attendee.

2. Grant of consent

You grant METAF GROUP (the “Organizer”) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and the social profile you provide, in recordings and materials created in connection with the Summit, for the promotion and documentation of the Summit and future editions, across websites, social media, and print.

3. No additional compensation

You acknowledge that you will not receive additional compensation for such use, beyond the participation benefits described in the official invitation.

4. Withdrawal

You may request that we stop using newly created materials that feature you by contacting info@metaf.global. We cannot always remove materials that have already been published or distributed by third parties.
