Terms of Participation

Effective date: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Participation (“Terms”) govern your participation in the METAFASTEST Global Influencer Summit 2026(the “Summit”), organized by METAF GROUP (the “Organizer”), held in Hanoi, Vietnam on September 10–13, 2026. By confirming your participation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Invitation and eligibility

The Summit is invitation-only. Participation may be confirmed only by individuals who have received an official invitation from the Organizer and a valid invitation code. Invitation codes are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

2. Confirmation

To participate you must complete the confirmation form and provide accurate information before the confirmation deadline of August 30, 2026 (Hanoi time). The Organizer verifies each confirmation against its official invitee list and may decline or place on hold any confirmation that cannot be verified.

3. Travel benefits

Confirmed participants may receive round-trip international airfare (covered up to USD 500), five nights of hotel accommodation, airport transfer, and meals, as described in the official invitation. Travel arrangements are coordinated individually by the Organizer’s operations team. Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. Champion League

Participation in the Champion League is subject to its own rules. NFT racehorses, qualifiers, and the leaderboard are provided on the separate metaf.global platform. Any USDT provided in connection with the Champion League is for competition use only and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Prizes are awarded according to the published prize structure.

5. Code of conduct

You agree to behave lawfully and respectfully throughout the Summit. The Organizer may remove any participant whose conduct is unlawful, disruptive, or harmful to other participants or the Summit.

6. Changes and cancellation

The Organizer may modify the program, schedule, venue, or these Terms where reasonably necessary. If you can no longer attend, please notify the Organizer promptly so that your place may be reallocated.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
