3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent and to perform the arrangements necessary for your participation in the Summit. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to arrangements already in progress.
4. International data transfer
The Summit is operated internationally. Your data is stored and processed on infrastructure located in Singapore (Southeast Asia region) and is handled by our operations teams, including teams based in the Philippines and Vietnam. Your data may therefore be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. By confirming your participation you consent to this international transfer. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest.

6. Cookies and analytics
We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in to your participant account. We may also use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, which sets analytics cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location; IP addresses are anonymized. This helps us improve the experience. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the sign-in feature requires its essential cookie to function.
7. Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to operate the Summit and to meet legal and administrative requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@metaf.global.
